Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Voskanian Parfumes. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery (Yerevan):

• Hours: Delivery service operates from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours of placement.

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (15:00) will be delivered the following business day.

• Weekends/Holidays: Orders registered on non-working days will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

For local orders, all applicable taxes are included in the price displayed at checkout. No additional fees are required upon delivery.

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once the order is in transit or out for delivery, it can no longer be canceled. For more information on cancellations and returns, please refer to our [Refund & Returns Policy].

• Return Window: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (to comply with local consumer regulations).

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original, sealed packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Process: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be initiated to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of delivery will be deducted from your total refund amount.
